Instant Access Policy

Immediate Delivery After Payment

After successful payment confirmation, purchased digital materials are made available electronically.

All guides, courses, documents, and other learning materials offered through Poorcifalrex are digital. No physical shipping or delivery is involved.

Payments are processed by an independent payment provider available at checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details.

Once the applicable payment provider confirms that the payment has been successfully completed, the purchased digital materials will be made available through a download link, email delivery, another electronic delivery method indicated during the purchase process.

In most cases, access is ordinarily supplied within the timeframe disclosed for that material, after payment confirmation.

However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• payment verification or processing;
• delays in communication between the payment provider and our website;
• email delivery delays;
• temporary technical issues;
• security or transaction review procedures;
• incorrect customer information provided during checkout.

Access is provided only after we receive confirmation of a successful payment from the applicable payment provider.

How to Access Your Materials

After a successful paid order, please follow the delivery instructions stated at checkout or in the payment confirmation; where email delivery is used, these instructions will be sent to the email address supplied during purchase.

Depending on the digital material and website functionality, access may be provided:

• through a download link sent to the email address used during checkout;
• through an order-specific digital delivery page where offered;
• directly through an order confirmation page;
• or through another electronic delivery method clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Download links and access instructions may be unique to your order and are intended only for the purchaser.

We recommend keeping your order confirmation email and purchase information for future reference.

You are responsible for providing a valid and correctly entered email address during checkout.

Access Duration

Access duration may vary depending on the type of digital material purchased.

Where a specific access period applies, this will be indicated on the relevant course, guide, or digital material page.

Downloaded files that are provided for offline use may generally remain available on your own device after download, subject to these Terms and any applicable usage restrictions.

Where materials are provided through online access, continued availability may depend on the access period described at the time of purchase.

Digital materials are intended for individual, self-paced study unless otherwise stated.

Providing access to digital materials does not transfer ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

All intellectual property rights in the materials remain with Poorcifalrex or the applicable rights holder and are governed by our Terms of Service.

Certain digital materials may be available for download, including in PDF or other digital file formats.

Downloaded files are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

You may not:

• share download links with other persons;

• resell or sublicense the materials;

• make the files available to unauthorized third parties.

The availability of downloads, file formats, number of permitted downloads, and access method may vary depending on the material.

Where download restrictions apply, they may be described on the relevant material page or during the purchase process.

Depending on the material, this may include:

An internet connection is generally required to:

After downloading a file, continued internet access may not be required for materials that can be stored and opened locally on your device.

We cannot guarantee identical formatting or functionality across every device, browser, operating environment, or file-viewing application.
